What this is

Retake Voice keeps what you enter and shows it back to you. It is software, not advice, and it makes no claim about what happens to you if you use it.

Your account

One person per account. Keep the password to yourself. If something goes wrong with it, tell us and we will help; we cannot recover a password, only replace it.

You own what you write. We store it and show it to you and do nothing else with it.

Paying

• Free stays free. It is not a trial and it does not expire.
• Paid plans renew until you stop them. The price at the time you subscribed is the price you keep until you change plans.
• Cancelling stops the next renewal. The plan runs to the end of the period you already paid for.
• Refunds within fourteen days, for any reason, no questions.
• Payment runs on Polar and their terms cover the transaction itself.

What not to do

Do not use the service to break the law, do not attack it, and do not resell it as your own. If you do, the account stops.

What we owe you

We try to keep the service up and the data intact. We do not promise either perfectly, and our liability is limited to what you paid in the last twelve months. Nothing here removes a right you have that cannot be removed.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, the change is announced by email thirty days ahead. Carrying on using the service after that is the agreement.

Law

Turkish law, and the courts of Istanbul, unless where you live gives you a different court that you cannot be made to give up.
